Power Birdie Bread Recipe - Our secret for maintaining optimal health

DRY INGREDIENTS
1 & 1/2 cups of cornmeal
2 cups of baby cereal or pellets crushed (in blender or food processor to a powder)
3 tbs baking powder
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup AviFlax (flax seed powder)
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup  sunflower seed or pepitos
1 tsp Avilina (high potency spirulina) or AviGreens powder
2 tsp AviVita Plus multivitamin powder
2 tsp AviPollen (natural bee pollen)
(optional dry ingredients:  hemp seeds, spelt, wheat germ, multi-grain cereal, millet, frozen berries, grated carrot, frozen vegetables, fresh corn)

WET INGREDIENTS
2 large jars of baby food (I use pumpkin or sweet potato for vitamin A)
3 whole eggs with shells
3/4 cup organic 100% pure peanut butter (no additives such as salt or sugar)
      or other nut butter
1 tbs AviGlo red palm oil
1 can of pumpkin puree (optional)
water as needed
(optional wet ingredients are: apple sauce, bananas, apple juice)

Stir dry ingredients together until uniform.  Ensure there are no lumps in the baking powder or crushed pellets.  Add optional dry ingredients directly to dry ingredients and gently mix.  Blend the wet ingredients together in a blender until well mixed.  Add water if needed.  It should be the consistency of pancake batter.  Combine wet and dry ingredients.  Stir well ensuring no dry lumps remain. Mixture should be like a thick batter.  Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish. Don't use spray oil such as Pam if your birds are around!!!!  Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 Degrees for 1 hour.  Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking.  Test with a tooth pic to ensure it is done (toothpick comes out of bread clean).  Cool completely and cut into squares. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days.
